看到熊小猫在济南的冬天里，坚持骑车，那么冷的环境，觉得熊小猫很了不起。看到冬训队的各种有意思的记录，让楼主也回想起了那些在怪坡和大伙互怼的日子。毕业之后，骑车的激情就没有那么强烈，但是看到熊小猫的帖子，特别激励楼主，而楼主是一个自制力不是特别强的人，所以想像熊小猫一样，
“认认真真地去骑这一遭”

## Day #1
没想到刚出门的时候，就当头一棒。(我后来才知道)气筒架被震断，掉在了马路上，而全然不知(戴着耳机,请勿模仿)继续骑车，直到爆胎为止。(后来想想可能是气筒震断和后胎爆是同一时间)。 在不知道没气桶的情况下，娴熟地完成了换胎的动作，直到要打气的时候. （WTF...）

当时以为出门前忘气筒了。遂拆了前后轮，扛着车架，踩着自锁，准备完成 5km 车骑人，回家。结果 500 米不到，发现了我的气筒躺在马路中央！ (幸福感炸了，当时就)。 换好了胎，接着完成了今天的训练。

## Day #2
晴。今天的心率有点吓人，第 2 组本应该不是很高的强度，心率在收尾阶段已经飙到了 172+ 。感觉比之前相同强度高了 6~7 个点的心率？ 我的心脏怎么啦？ 奇怪的是，心率 170+ 的我依然可以较为轻松地用鼻呼吸。心肺上并没有任何特别的感觉，然而腿上可不是这样。
中轴又开始吱吱作响，请安静一点好嘛？今天路上满地撒盐，我知道某人(不要问我他是谁)期待的大雪就要来了。

## Day #4
按理说不是强度很大强度，今天的心率已经 171,175,172, 171, 172, 176 了，这些数据应该说是不小的强度了，可是训练的时候完全感觉不到心肺的疲惫，只是腿上欠点什么。这周的休息心率 (47) 比以前高了近 8 个点，不知道这是怎么回事？ 第二组最高心率一度来到 182，那是一个爬坡，今天天气很好，10度的气温带来了很多行人，也正是如此，在那个坡上，楼主拼了一下。奇怪的是，最后两组，同样的坡，楼主没有任何想拼的冲动，天黑了，没人了。虚荣心是人类进步源动力，以前一起爬怪坡的时候也是这种感觉，看来是写死在我的 DNA 里了。突然冒出一个想法，比赛的时候，英雄们会不会也受到粉丝们的鼓舞而不断突破自己(请求来源)？粉丝们为自己心中的英雄点赞，或许会让某一个粉丝也因此变成了一个英雄(请求来源?)。我觉得是这样，如果环法只有车队参与，而全世界剩下的人各忙各的，或许大环赛上车手的表现也不会是今天这样的水平。不同于恐龙灭绝，这或许是人类最强悍的东西之一？粉丝与英雄。

### 为什么会连续出现 log2 图像多次，在此贴的结尾，浏览器纯文档编辑并没有看到有引用照片？

why english? this is a chinese form... everybody speak chinese? what's vinity?

i check wiki: Vanity is the excessive belief in one's own abilities or attractiveness to others

什么是大佬？看到回帖中很多很多“大佬”。楼主想写一些关于大佬的想法。可能是我们之间对“大佬”定义不同，产生了这种误差。在楼主看来，什么是“大佬”呢？嗯，拿自行车界来说吧。这个家伙， Wiggins ：https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradley_Wiggins。 这个家伙，在 2015年6月7号，在一个小时的时间里，在室内骑出了 54.526 km 的距离。 (好像没啥的吧？ (开个车一脚油门就90km/h (当然是高速公路))。什么概念呢？有好事的人 (https://youtu.be/Wo00qo0oV88?t=210)，给出了一个功率估计 440 瓦特。 那个家伙，在一个小时的时间了维持着 440 瓦特？！ (啥？垃圾 (440 瓦特 (太小了吧 (三峡大坝 700 兆瓦的能力 (440 瓦有个零头？(菜鸟)）)))))嗯。如果有人恰好有一个叫“功率计”玩意。不服的你，可以尝试一下。 对于博主来说，我可以 ( 440 瓦 巡航 (1分钟?! （撑死了！）) )。 wtf 那个家伙居然撑了 60 分钟？！ 我们是一个物种嘛？
在我看来，他才是大佬.

第2组，胎炸了！以为今天到底得车骑人回家。结果发现口袋里装了15块钱。然而这并不够买个新外胎。抱着试一试的心态去了车店，说明了情况，11块钱，解决了问题。谢谢你们。时间不晚，转身回到场地，完成了今天的训练。

sorry, I just think it would be fun and seems like more PRO(fessional), hhhhh if you write the train log in english.

and it's my fault that I used the word 'vanity' , in fact I haven't mastered it also and just take it from dictionary to there,  where I wanted to express  ‘虚荣’ . sorry again~

this winter I hope for progress in run and swim, so I spent time on them.

p.s. I find that when communicate with others in english, I can express the things I want to say but can not control the emotion and the attitude implied by the lines I've wrote, what a pity.

i cannot understand. lots of pro are not english speaker, (Romain Bardet (AG2R La Mondiale))

english is just a tool for communication noting more.

i found ‘虚荣’ is a powerful tool but it has double edges. I try to use it in a correct way, but like you , I might wrong. It's all this log is all about. I express my idea and more important, I want to listen to different opinion.

don't worry about my suggestion, just let go. choice whatever you want that you truly enjoy. Cheer for you.

what do you mean by the p.s. part? i can not understand. Would you please explain it a little bit?

这么冷的天不能白跑一趟，遂买了能骑的后轮 STA-TRU。 据说，应该比 EASTON 强，哈哈哈。

回家的时候，过一个天桥，没有注意到链条在飞轮上的位置，结果链条卡死在辐条和塔基之间。

十八般武艺也没把链条扯出来，就在这个时候。

一个好心人，好像是一家人，小孩还有妻子在旁边。

"Do you need a hand?"

“impossible to fix this gear, it sucks, I wanna f* this wheel”

“let me try it, i've seen this situation”

"emm...impossible, have a try?!, I wana f* this wheel, tonight this bike is ganna ride me home for sure. YOU win!!!!"

5秒钟后

"Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!  YOU FIX MY GEAR？！！！！ WHAT？！！！！！！"

“YOU ARE MY HERO！！！！！！”

我真的不相信那个时候我能把链条修好，但是那个好心人，真的帮我做到了。

晕，不就零下 21 度嘛。 f* 功率计废了。。。。

怂了。昨天回来的时候，我就觉得我的手已经不是我的手了。特别是两个小拇指，只要按压，就发麻的疼。
特意百度了一下，据百度说，冻伤的结果很严重，搞不好有截肢的危险。好吧，百度，我信了。

本想睡一觉起来，应该一切都会好起来，但从今天的情况上看，不容乐观。

对于一个把 emacs 当作操作系统的我来说，不能用小拇指，让我去 si 好了。

去了 gym ，凑巧今天他们免费开放日，踩了固定单车，比想象中要好多了，而且 spd 自锁 ...

（有病吧你？零下 20 度出去骑车？好好在家看 elisp !!!）
